On January 17, 2023, The International ElectroTechnical Commission (IEC) updated the IEC 62474 Database content was updated to version D26.00.

IEC 62474 is a database focused on Material Declaration for Products of and for the Electrotechnical Industry.

In this most recent update, nine Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) were added to the database. These nine SVHC’s were also recently added to the EU REACH SVHC candidate list, and the PFAS substance group.
