The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) updated the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory, which now contains 86,607 chemicals of which 41,953 are active in US commerce.
The EPA states that this biannual update to the public TSCA Inventory is part of its regular posting of non-confidential TSCA Inventory data.
The latest TSCA Inventory is now available online. These contain non-confidential chemical substances as identified by the Chemical Abstract Service (CAS) Registry Number and Chemical Abstracts (CA) Index Name.
