Arrow Referral Program

Your cash bonus is based on the referral joining demo meeting AND converting to a closed opportunity on new business. Add-on business and renewals will have a percentage of the final contract value added to your IP&E.

Referral bonus information will be tallied at the end of each quarter for all referrals in which a customer invoice has been issued.

The cash payout for demos and percentage to IP&E will then be processed and paid through the Arrow payroll system.
