Conflict Mineral Reporting
To comply with the Dodd Frank Act, companies must submit reports annually detailing the Conflict Minerals status of their suppliers. To assist companies with offloading this effort, SiliconExpert collects the latest Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT), as well as the policy and statement from suppliers to determine the most recent Conflict Minerals status for each supplier. Additionally, SiliconExpert can generate a Conflict Minerals Report including Smelter validation, aggregation, consolidation, and compliance status. SiliconExpert can generate CMRT Rollup Reports to generate complete customer CMRT, ready for your submittal.
